I’m currently the Director of Digital Design and Experience at Cronin and Company—Connecticut’s top advertising company. I am mainly focused on helping Cronin continue to develop its digital and experience design capabilities by defining the agency’s overall creative and strategic process, as well as evolving the existing client relationships.
BP Creative, LLC. / 2017-Present
My specialty is delivering conceptually engaging, strategically driven creative in close collaboration with Account, Strategy and UX leads, that gets bottom line results for industry leaders in financial services, automotive, travel, CPG and technology. For over a decade, I’ve led the creative strategy and UX/UI executions on cross-channel marketing campaigns for a variety of high-profile clients, including Delta, Cadillac, Sony, Subway, Kraft, Merrill Lynch and Pepsi.
Primacy / 2010-2016
As Vice President of Creative, I helped Primacy grow from a 40- to a 110-employee company across 4 offices. Responsible for all aspects of the creative process on multiple, national accounts — including strategy, presentation, logistics and client relations — I helped establish Primacy’s reputation as an award-winning digital agency, while strengthening existing client relationships and growing the client base. I also created the agency’s first integrated creative department, overseeing a team of 20+ copywriters, designers, animators, videographers and information architects, managing their career paths and developing new department competencies. To support this team, I led an initiative to streamline cross-departmental agency processes to ensure a work environment optimized to enhance our level of creative output.
Digitas / 2004-2010
Prior to my six years at Primacy, I led the redesign of Cadillac.com and Delta.com as Associate Creative Director at Modem Media/Digitas. In 2008 and 2009, I was also the creative lead on two, major branding campaigns that helped establish Delta Air Lines as the World’s First Premier Airline — which helped win Digitas its first ever “Agency of Record” status.

I’m also a founding partner in BPHK, a freelance collaborative in partnership with Catalyst Studio. We work together to provide digital solutions that support non-profits in their efforts to advance social justice and humanitarian causes.

A clear idea in its simplest form is far more powerful than the exaggerated. Great design is all about leaving out what is not necessary and educating the client about the decisions that you made and why you made them. It is always in both parties best interest to understand the process that was taken to deliver the message.
